Improving technique in skill sports is similar to improving your fitness in endurance sports. The better you are at executing the demands of the competition, the more likely you’ll have a successful outcome. We believe video is an excellent teaching tool.

Seeing is believing, and most people are visual learners, but even today it’s still quite challenging to capture, analyze, compare and especially share video. Which is precisely why we created OnForm.  We’ve taken a human-first approach, modeling the coach-athlete relationship within the app, and supporting 1:1 relationships as well as small and large team structures with multiple coaches.

Whether you coach athletes in person or remotely, showing somebody how they can improve is often drastically better than simply telling them how to improve.  If you combine the ability to see where you need improvement, along with great advice and coaching, the best chance for improvement will be found.
